Motorcycle Design by Von Burgh

The lower tray on the current motorcycle project went very well.  It ia a piece of 1/8 inch plastic that was custome bent with a heat gun.  It is held on with quick release fasteners so it can be remove easily.  On the inside there is heat restant cloth as the exaust system is very close.

as far a ride heigth we have not had to adjust it yet as we do not want to mess with the handling.  It has been professionally setup in that regard.

The painting process was nothing complicated or fancy.
